As autumn settles in, it brings the opportunity to return to routine but it can also stir feelings of overwhelm and disconnection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is the season of the Metal element: a time of strength, structure, and the wisdom to let go.
This deeply restorative practice is designed to help you slow down, find clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Using therapeutic set-ups and plenty of props, we will support the body to calm the nervous system and encourage deep release.
The practice will close with Yoga Nidra, a powerful meditative practice of conscious rest that opens space for insight and renewal.
Leave feeling grounded, rested, and recalibrated.
