Yoga is an integrated framework for personal and communal well-being.
I teach Hatha Yoga through the lens of Katonah Yoga®, a postural and breathwork practice informed by Five Element theory and Daoism. I also offer Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Pregnancy.
I hold group classes in the Collective Cork Studio, Cork City Centre. This not-for-profit, community-focused studio aims to make yoga accessible and inclusive, both physically and financially.
