Pre-Natal Practice

A Home for Two

Together we will explore strengthening and tension releasing postures, deep relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques to aid you during pregnancy and assist you during childbirth. Pre-natal yoga techniques will empower you during your birthing experience and deepen the connection between you, your body & your baby.


Post-Natal Practice

A Room of Your Own

A post-natal practice will give you the time, space and support to heal, restore and recalibrate after birth. It is a process designed to give you tools to mother yourself when you need it most.


Your Personalised Experience

Every woman experiences the evolution into motherhood differently. I will meet you where you are and support you in this transition.

Sessions can be booked from your second trimester right through your first year postpartum. For all mothers whether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy.

Sessions can take place online, in your home, in a yoga studio (additional fee applies) or in my small home practice space.
