Yoga is an integrated framework for personal and communal well-being.

I teach Hatha Yoga through the lens of Katonah Yoga® which is a postural and breathwork practice informed by Five Element theory and Daoism. I also offer Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Pregnancy.

I teach group classes in the Collective Cork Studio, Cork City Centre. This studio is a female run, not-for-profit, community-focused studio that aims to make yoga accessible and inclusive, both physically and financially.

For a more bespoke practice, I also work privately with students in person and virtually on Zoom.
