This class fuses modern yoga and ancient Daoist wisdom to create a sustainable mind-body-breath practice. It focuses on the seasons and cycles of nature, the geometry of poses, energy regulation, stability and flexibility.
Expect a full body sequence that grounds you in your body, creates space to breathe and sparks your imagination. We use lots of props and thoughtful adjustments (optional).
