I discovered yoga more than 16 years ago when I felt disconnected from my body and spent too much time in my head. Yoga helped me develop self-regulation and self-soothing skills that are crucial for overall well-being. After five years of dedicated practice, I completed my first teacher training while working as a lawyer. I soon realised that the legal profession was not for me, and I started teaching yoga full-time. For over a decade, I have studied extensively and continue learning and evolving in my practice and teaching.
What and why I teach have been shaped by my personal experiences on and off the mat, the natural cycles of life, and most notably my journey into motherhood. How I teach has been most influenced by the practice and theory of Katonah Yoga.
I have taught in some of Dublin's most reputable studios, corporate settings, and independently. I now live in Cork City with my husband, three children and two dogs. I offer private sessions, studio classes & workshops both in person and online.
